These Terms govern your use of websites, applications, and services offered by Blast Investments LLC under the Murati Management trade name. By using a service, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented for that service.

Financial organization—not professional advice

Our tools help you organize information and explore plans. They do not provide legal, tax, investment, accounting, lending, or other professional advice. Calculations and projections are estimates and may depend on information you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing records and making financial decisions.

Your account and information

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You retain ownership of content you provide and grant us permission to process it only as needed to operate and improve the requested service.

Subscriptions and third-party services

Paid plans, renewal terms, trial terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. App-store purchases are also governed by the applicable store. Optional integrations are provided by third parties and may be unavailable, changed, or subject to separate terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful material, violate another person's rights, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

Availability and liability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every import, categorization, projection, or third-party connection will be complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Blast Investments LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable United States and Alabama law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
